•The way I used my own unique ideas in my work was that I got a basic idea of how I wanted my zentangle to look, and I expanded it and made it my own with the colors, patterns, & shapes.
•I didn't use a specific source for my inspiration, but I wanted to do a flower. When I was doing the sketches for my project, I did just a pattern on the inside of the flower, and it looked plain so I made a background for it.
2.) Artists take risks
• I did try something I wasn't too sure about during this project. I was debating on wether or not I should put in a background, so I chose to. I was very hesitant about doing it at first, but then I ended up really liking how it turned out.
• I did use a new material during this project. I used a different media. I have done a drawing similar to a zentangle but I usually use pencil & during this one I used a sharpie.
3.) Artists reflect.
• I analyzed this project when I was finishing up and looked at my project and realized that it looked plain so I added in the background and I was really happy with the output of the project.
