Artist Create Original Art
In my project I created my own art by not copying others and using my creativity. I was struggling on what I was going to do for my project. I was thinking about the trying to do a sky project but I coundn't think any ideas that wasn't copying someone's art. I was trying to do land. it that was very hard. I was thinking about ideas and "land on the prairie" came up in my head. With that idea I didn't look at any pictures I just drew what I was thinking. 
Artist Develop Art Making Skills
In this project I used three different chalks,I blended the chalk dust together to create the grass to more realistic. I knew I couldn't mix chalk and oil Pastals. I used the oil Pastals as the outline and the chalk on the inside because I know chalk couldn't go over oil. I also used one point perspective for the river to make it look like it's really flowing. I made the river start narrow and get wider toward the base of the hill. 
Artist Take Risks
In my project I took a lot of chances. In my project I tried to make the river using chalk and oil. I used the blend of chalks to creat the color of my river. I blended dark blue and a little bit of light blue. To add texture to my river by using the oil Pastals not knowing it would blend or work. It was hard to make the river between the hills.
